After three separate trailers which leave one to basically imagine what the movie is about, Universal has released the first trailer that actually provides some background into what's going on. The basic premise is that Gru (Steve Carell) is a supervillian that inherits 3 kids somehow while trying to take over the world, hilarity might ensue...
The movie tagline ("Just because you're a bad guy, doesn't mean you're a bad guy.") totally makes it worth seeing.
